Juliette Kellow, BSC RD, is a registered dietician and was editor of Top Santé magazine for 5 years. She is now a freelance journalist and has written articles for the The Times, Telegraph, Daily Mirror and Delicious. She has written three other books and collaborated with Gino D'Acampo on the bestselling The Italian Diet.
