'With foodies talking of little but Nordic cuisine, it's time to take a masterclass fro Denmark's queen of cooking.' Xanthe Clay, Telegraph Weekend
Camilla Plum lives on a farm called Fuglebjerggaard, north of Copenhagen. It is a diverse organic farm and gardens, with all the produce being sold through the farm shop. Camilla not only manages the kitchen, the shop and the gardens, she also writes cookbooks and articles for magazines and newspapers as well as having her own TV programme in Denmark.
Camilla has been described by Dan Lepard as Denmark’s answer to Britain’s Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
