Sam Murphy has been writing and presenting on fitness for more than a decade, becoming one of the UK’s leading experts. She is a passionate runner and, to date, has completed 15 marathons, the Himalayan 100 Mile Race and numerous other events, including a dozen triathlons. Sam is a qualified personal trainer and level 2 UKA running coach, and has helped many people achieve their fitness goals as well as being a tutor for England Athletics.
