Edd Kimber fought off competition from 4000 applicants to become the winner of The Great British Bake Off 2010 on BBC2. Since being crowned Britain’s best amateur baker Edd has appeared on a number of UK TV and radio programmes, including Market Kitchen and Perfect.... He has been gaining professional experience, most recently at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir in Oxford. Edd has also been running popular Macaron Classes in London, food blogging to an avid following and appearing at the BBC Good Food Show as well as food festivals around the country. He also has many more exciting projects in the pipeline.
