Cookery writer Annie Bell celebrates beautiful vegetables with over 100 gorgeous recipes. Never have vegetables been made so alluring and each of these delicious dishes is one that can be prepared simply and quickly. While not strictly a vegetarian cookbook, it is the 'greens' that take centre stage. Recipes include a scrumptious Spinach and Gruyère Tart, Butternut Squash and Sage Risotto and a Borlotti Bean, Red Onion and Tomato Salad. Annie guides you through each recipe with her customary expertise, with recipes for dips, gratins, roasts, main courses and salads, each one illustrated with beautiful colour photography. Gorgeous Greens is a staple cookbook that no kitchen should be without!
