Sophie Braimbridge is a chef, writer and cookery presenter and runs her own cookery school in London. Trained by the Roux Brothers, Sophie’s vast range of cookery styles has been achieved by cooking for 10 years at some of the world’s leading restaurants: The Gavroche, Sally Clarkes, the River Cafe and Chez Panisse in San Francisco.

She writes articles for Sainsbury’s Magazine, Ideal Homes, Food & Travel, Food & Wine and the Mail on Sunday YOU magazine. She was also the Sainsbury’s magazine gourmet club food adviser and still hosts demonstrations for them.
Erica Jankovich is a state registered dietician and was a consultant at the Princess Grace Hospital in London specializing in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and has a wealth of experience in the treatment of IBS. She is an experiences teacher, lecturer and industry consultant. Erica sits on the PR and education board of CORE, the charity for research and information in digestive diseases. She also writes articles for the consumer press and contributes regularly to the clinical and public work of the IBS Research Appeal.
