Renowned Spanish chef José Pizarro, accompanied by wine expert Olly Smith, will be providing exciting cookery demonstrations packed with flavour whilst Olly picks the best Rioja to pair with Jose's Spanish cuisine.
José Pizarro is synonymous with fresh, seasonal Spanish cooking. He uses his knowledge and flair to create alluring dishes that not only showcase Spanish flavours, but are simple and quick to prepare. He recently followed his dream and opened a sherry bar in London's fashionable Bermondsey named José followed by opening the restaurant Pizarro in autumn 2011 which has received rave reviews ever since it opened its doors.
