Cardiff Castle, Wales

Welsh celebrity chef Bryn Williams will be demonstrating how to make the most out of local ingredients at this year's Tafwyl Festival at Cardiff Castle and signing copies of Bryn's Kitchen.

Located in the city centre, within the beautiful Bute Park and gardens, the castle is in a lovely location. Bryn Williams, who hails from the Welsh town of Denbigh, will be demonstrating Wales' finest ingredients, just like he serves up in Odette's Restaurant in London's Primrose Hill. Bryn will also be signing copies of Bryn's Kitchen at 4pm after his demonstrations.
