Join Stefan Gates at his ‘Gastronaut Live Show’ in the Theatre Kitchen at the Delicious North East Food & Drink Festival at the Nissan Sports Centre, Sunderland on Saturday 14th July.

Stefan is an award-winning writer and TV presenter renowned for his perceptive, witty and unconventional approach to cooking. ‘Gastronauts’ is a kids’ food adventure show adapted for television, and has just finished a hugely successful run on BBC1. His latest series Stefan Gates Food Factory is creating a real buzz among both kids and adults making the science behind food fascinating and entertaining.

After his live shows at Delicious, Stefan will be signing copies of The Extraordinary Cookbook - a whole book dedicated to encouraging the reader to enjoy playing with food. It provides easy, interactive recipes for your guests to cook, dip, or mix at the table – meals that turn a simple supper into a party. The Delicious North East Food & Drink Festival is taking place on Saturday and Sunday 14th-15th July, and will play host to a variety of exhibitors and pop-up restaurants from across the region.
