Welsh TV Channel S4C Cookery Series

Chef at London's Odette's Bryn Williams is Welsh through and through. His passion for local Welsh produce and his connection with the land combined with learning his craft from the best has resulted in him becoming a successful modern chef without losing touch with his roots.

Impressively, Bryn is to host his own cookery series on S4C called Cegin Bryn (aka Bryn's Kitchen) on the only Welsh-speaking language channel. In this series of 6 weekly episodes, first to be aired on Wednesday 7th March, Bryn's cooking will let local ingredients be the stars of the show. Through stories and his passion for the land, Bryn will show us how easily we can make a small list of seasonal ingredients into inspired and tasty dishes. This is sure to be a gastronomic delight to watch and also a significant step towards keeping the Welsh language very much alive.
