Edd Kimber

Edd Kimber is a baker, food writer and the first winner of The Great British Bake Off. Edd has appeared on many TV shows including Sunday Brunch and is the resident baker on The Alan Titchmarsh Show. He gained experience in Raymond Blanc's pastry kitchen at Le Manoir in Oxford and his recipes are regularly featured in magazines such as BBC Good Food Magazine, Sainsbury's Magazine and Waitrose Weekend and he has also appeared in numerous national newspapers including The Independent and The Sun. Edd is the author of three cookbooks: The Boy who Bakes, Say It With Cake and Patisserie Made Simple.
