Hugo Arnold

Hugo Arnold has written food columns in the London Evening Standard, the Financial Times and the Irish Times. He is the author of 12 books and won a Glenfiddich food award in 2001 for his innovative writing. He consults with leading food establishments and in 2012 opened Hatch and Sons on St Stephen's Green, Dublin, which focusses on Irish artisan producers. He believes passionately in the power of food to calm, restore and excite. After that he is simply greedy.
